How does the Programme for friends of good food work? How can you obtain an Ambiente Card?
The staff at any Ambiente restaurant will issue the card on request. To obtain all its advantages you must register by going to the Card Activation tab or right here. By registering you open your customer account and activate your card and you can subsequently acquire bonuses and benefit from all the advantages.
The Ambiente Card offers you the opportunity of:
- Enjoying a bonus
We will make a record of all individual payments for items consumed at Ambiente restaurants on your card, starting from the moment it is issued.
We will add up all the payments you make per calendar month. On the first day of the following month we will contribute a bonus of 50 CZK for each 1,000 CZK recorded on your card.
You can use the bonus the next time you pay at an Ambiente restaurant. Bonuses are combined. All you have to do is inform the staff at the restaurant as soon as you decide to use the bonus. You can also configure the settings in your customer account in the My Profile tab to choose the method of applying the bonus – apply automatically or collect.
A discount of up to 75% of the price of the bill can be applied using the bonuses. We will transfer the balance of payments you make that do not reach 1,000 CZK to the following month. You can find out the remaining balance of your bonus from the bill or by accessing your customer account or from the restaurant staff.
You must always submit your card so that your payment is credited or to apply your bonus.
- Tasting the Ambiente Stars with benefits
If you order your favourite food and beverages marked on the menu as * Ambiente Star, we will credit twice their value to your card.
- Becoming a member of the Ambiente Culinary Club
If the total payments recorded on your card over the last 12 months exceed 20,000 CZK, you automatically receive annual membership of the Ambiente Culinary Club.
We will increase your bonus to CZK 100 for each CZK 1,000 you spend.
We will continue to credit food and beverages marked on the menu as * Ambiente Star at twice their value.
You can also look forward to culinary invitations from our chefs and sommeliers. You can expect a pleasant experience with good food and drink!
Membership is automatically renewed if the total payments recorded to your card during your annual membership exceed 20,000 CZK.
If you do not reach this sum during the relevant 12 months, you will return to the benefits of the first bonus level, i.e. a bonus of 50 CZK for every 1,000 CZK you spend and you can also enjoy your favourite foods and beverages marked on the menu as * Ambiente Star.
We will inform you of your membership in the Ambiente Culinary Club by e-mail. You can find out the current total of payments recorded on your card by accessing your customer account and going to the Reports - My Bonuses tab in the lower left corner (Your total spending).

The purchase of gift vouchers, goods purchased in the butcher shop Naše maso, or at the online store ereznictvi.cz can not be credited to the Ambiente card.
You must have your Ambiente Card with you when paying.
Loss of or damage to the card.
If you lose your card, please block it by accessing your customer account as soon as possible in the My Profile – Block Card tab. You can request a new card at any Ambiente Restaurant. The new card is activated when you enter the activation number on the back of the card to your customer account in the My Profile – New Card tab.
